The Realreal - Never received items purchased

Bought three items and waited. Got email that UPS delivered but guess it went to wrong address. Called RealReal customer service and spoke with man who says they would put a trace on it and would call me later. That was 2wks ago and have heard nothing. I suspected when i talked with the service rep that i was on my own. my report of non-receipt went in the trash bin. Not a happy camper!

The Realreal - Bad Customer Service

Upon checking out, an error message came out saying the item cannot be shipped to the address. Emailed customer service to look into system but they kept on saying I should phone them, whenever I said I cannot due to timezone difficulty. They are unhelpful and lazy in the sense that they don't respond directly to client request.
